Nowadays, with our sedentary and “comfortable” lifestyles it is very frequently to lack of strength in the body, especially in our core. During yoga classes, we like to include exercises that strengthen the abdomen. A strong abdomen means that our center is more stable and solid.
In the following video we propose 10 complete exercises that will help you to:

- Improve your body posture and protect your spine
- Strengthen arms, shoulders, hip joints and legs
- Improve coordination and balance
- Have more vitality
