The Yoga Sukhavati Teacher Training is designed for yogis who have the desire to deepen their yoga practice from the purely physical into a whole life enhancement.
The 200 Hour curriculum combines alignment based vinyasa yoga with profound Ayurvedic self-care practices to reconnect with the elements and invite wellbeing into all aspects of your life. With a special focus on women’s practices, the training offers you the opportunity to realign with your feminine wisdom which is connected with the rhythms of nature. Through meditative hikes, rituals with the elements, and mindful living and practice, you will learn ways to walk the sacred path everyday.
Being in a retreat setting offers you the supportive environment to release your habitual daily activities and awaken the flowering of awareness. Immersed in nature and removed from distractions, you will have the time and space to truly dedicate to practice and study. Your body will relax, your mind will become quieter, and you will reconnect with the essence of your being.
